Cancer and young black man in our community

This letter I am writing today goes out to a childhood friend that Ik and grew up with. Her son has been diagnosed with a rare kind of cancer so when I heard about this I immediately felt compelled to reach out to someone that can help because this is my fight and I gotta be aggressive. I will not share any information on this young man as of yet because I wanna show respect to him and his family and make sure it's ok but us men has got to start eating better exercising more often drinking plenty of water and watching out for different signs of change in the body. Originally black woman are the number victim of cancer in the world today but black men are staring to join this conversation young and old. What can we do to be more alert about cancer. Is it what we eat absolutely is it in our genes idk maybe someone share something I wanna figure this thing out...
